8. Disputes Resolution

The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. The arbitrator’s award will be confidential, final and binding on all parties. Judgment rendered by the arbitrator may be entered into any court having jurisdiction. The AAA’s rules will govern the payment of fees associated with the arbitration, including administration fees, filing fees and arbitrator fees.
